Flag football is growing in popularity throughout Canada, the US, and the world, and Football New Brunswick is leading the charge to bring the sport to New Brunswickers. CAMFA is excited to be a part of it.  

There are many factors behind the momentum of the game. Here are a few:

Spring Flag Registration Information:  

1. Registration IS OPEN!    
2. The Regular Season for U12-U16 will run from early April to late June.
3. The U6, U8 & U10 seasons will start mid-April. 
4. In alignment with Football Canada, the National Tournaments are Coed U8-U12 and have female and male divisions U14-U16.  
5. Each Athlete will receive an NFL Flag Jersey to wear on game days, and they will get to keep it at the end of the season.
6. Pricing:
   1. $120 for U6 and includes $120 in raffle tickets;
   2. $220 for U8 & U10 and includes $170 in raffle tickets; and
   3. $320 for all other divisions and includes $270 in raffle tickets. 

Required and Recommended Equipment:

1. Jersey – CAMFA will provide.
2. Flags – CAMFA will provide.
3. Mouthguards are REQUIRED. One free mouthguard will be provided to athletes. Mouthguards can be bout at the CAMFA Sidleine Shop on game days.
4. Cleats for outdoor sessions on turf or grass are recommended.  If you have a gym session, sneakers are the way to go.

Age Eligibility

4. 1. U6 age eligibility - no older than 5 years by December 31 of the year of play.  
      2. U8 age eligibility - no older than 7 years by December 31 of the year of play.  
      3. U10 age eligibility - no older than 9 years by December 31 of the year of play.
      4. U12 age eligibility - no older than 11 years by December 31 of the year of play. 
      5. U14 age eligibility - no older than 13 years by December 31 of the year of play. 
      6. U16 age eligibility - no older than 15 years by December 31 of the year of play. 
      7. U18 age eligibility - no older than 17 years by December 31 of the year of play.
