Volunteer Incentive Program (VIP)

Starting Fall 2026

Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to recognize and reward the contributions of volunteers who support the organization and its teams throughout the season. Volunteer credits may be earned through executive positions, coaching, team management, and game-day volunteer roles and can be applied in accordance with organization guidelines.

Purpose
Volunteer credits are available only to registered guardians of currently registered participants within the organization.
Credits are non-transferable and may only be applied to the volunteer's own family account. However, the Board of Directors may approve exceptions on a case-by-case basis. For example, a volunteer who does not currently have an athlete registered in CAMFA programming may, with Board approval, transfer earned credits to another registered family or use them in a manner determined by the Board.
One (1) volunteer credit is equal to one (1) dollar and may be applied toward future CAMFA registration fees. 
Volunteer credits must be used within 12 months of the season they are earned. 
Credits that remain unused after 12 months will expire and be removed from the volunteer's account. 
Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may only be applied toward eligible CAMFA registration fees.
Credits are tracked using registration forms and the volunteer sign up website, please use the volunteer signup website to volunteer for game day volunteer positions. Each game day volunteer position has an assigned credit value which can be found on the signup sheet. 

Credits assigned to executive positions and team staff will be announced soon.

Aministration

  1.  All volunteer activities must be completed and verified by the designated Team Manager or Board representative before credits are awarded.
  2.  Credits will only be assigned to the registered guardian who performed the volunteer duties.
  3.  Volunteers must complete their scheduled shifts to receive credit.
  4.  Missed, incomplete, or unverified shifts will not receive credit.
  5.  The Board reserves the right to amend credit values and volunteer requirements annually based on operational needs.
